FroZEN75's Event, Venue Rental, and Use Agreement
Rent the venue now for your event, private or public. This agreement is information for buyout not to be confused with a VIP area during the regular teen club events.
Private Events - Invited guest only. An event where all invite guests gain entry through a guest list or printed invitation. There's not a charge by the organizer to attending guest.
Public Events - An event where there is a charge to attend the event. A publicly promoted event.
Receive 10% discount if your initial payment is in full without first making a deposit. All deposit payments are not eligible for the sales price at a later date or time.
Receive 10% discount if your organization is a church, nonprofits, schools or youth based organizations.
All prices include the use of the venue for 6 hours.
All prices include a DJ/Producer for 2 - 4 hours.
If you wish not to use one of our DJs/Producer we will give you 15% credit/discount off of your total package price.
All prices include your setup and clean up time during your six hour reservation time. Event organizers can purchase additional hours if the six hours provided is not sufficient for installation and testing of equipment or other needs for your event.
All prices include staffing for most events. *Excluding a greater for your guest.
All potential organizers must read, understand and agree to the terms below before reserving the venue. _
#1. Clients will have access to all public areas within the venue from the start of their paid reserved time until the end of their paid reserved time. Standard 6 hours for each reservation. _
#2. The event, venue rental or buyout will include the use of public space within the venue, sound system, light and effects under normal use conditions. Clients can provide additional equipment, if they so wish, including additional seating, tables stage, props, and decorations. _
#3. For all private event where guest are not charged to attend, clients will be responsible for all refreshments for their guest if refreshments the organizer wishes to have such goods for their expected guest. Such as food and drinks.
At no time will any alcoholic beverages be allowed in or around the venue regardless of the use of the site. This venue is alcohol and tobacco free, no exceptions. _
#4. For all public event where guest are charged to attend, the venue will be responsible for all refreshments and will keep all proceed from the sales of all refreshments.
Management reserves the right to reward the organizer/promoter a percent of the gross sales of the bar not exceeding 20% based on the number of event attendees. This only applies to Public events where the venue is rented out by a promoter or similar organization for profit. _
#5. The client would have to abide by all local and state laws governing their use of the venue, particularly the curfew laws as it pertains to all teen under the age of 18. _
#6. Clients are responsible for any and all damages to the venue or the equipment and furnishings withing during their paid reserve time. _
#7. The venue must be cleaned by the organizer and returned to its original state before the start of the paid private time. _
#8. Organizer is responsible for all cleanup during and after their event, venue rental or buyout. _
#9. All clean up must be done and completed during the organizer’s paid reserve time. _
#10. If the organizer does not wish to have responsible for cleaning the venue at the end of the scheduled event, the client can pay a cleaning fee at the time of booking to have the responsibility waived and differed back to the venue and its staff. _
#11. All rates are calculated based on day, time and nature of the event. _
#12. The organizer may pay a none refundable deposit of $200/$400 to hold and lock in the date and time for your event or pay in the entire amount in full.
A credit can be applied to the organizers account with the venue and can be used for a later time and date if the day and time of the scheduled event need to be canceled moved for any reason by the organizer(s).
All remaining balance must be paid in full no later than fourteen days (2 weeks) before the scheduled event, venue rental or buyout date.
#13. A $50 late fee is charged to the organizer(s) if the full balance is not made fourteen days (2 weeks) before the scheduled event, venue rental or buyout date.
The venue must be notified by email of any changes no less than seven days (1 weeks) before the scheduled event, venue rental or buyout date of such changes or the deposited amount will be forfeited by the organizer(s). _
#14. If an event, venue rental or buyout needs to be canceled or rescheduled by the organizer for any reason, a fee of $50 will be charged to the organizer._
#15. It is the organizer(s) responsibility to schedule and attend a tour of the venue before the booking or reserving the space or paying for any services provided by the venue. We recommend a planned visit to anyone interested in this venue. _
